Two-Day Special Event Offer

This Session Event offer includes

$99 Mother’s Session : 20 minute session time, and Three (3) high resolution digital images; which will be available for download and can be used for submission to Scranton Times Mothers Day Submission.

All the images taken at your session will be viewable in your own private gallery and available for additional purchase anytime. Images will be shareable to your social media at no charge with photographer credit, Vive Studio.

This is a studio sitting at Urban Co-Works / another location is not available. You may schedule a regular Mother Day Session under our Portfolio link.

Session must be paid in full to secure your appointment.

Location

Sessions will be scheduled in the Urban Co-Works space located at 116 N. Washington Ave., Scranton PA 18503.

Vive is located on the 3rd Floor.

The door will be locked after hours of 5pm M-F and all day Saturday + Sunday, so you will need to be buzzed in. You can call or send a quick text when you arrive at 570-687-8986.

Parking

Street Parking in Scranton is FREE after 5pm M-F and on Saturday and Sunday.

Connell garage is located at 117 N. Washington Ave. Scranton, PA 18503 and is across the street from Urban Co-Works. It provides general Public parking, unreserved and reserved. The main entrance is located on N. Washington Ave.

Clothing and Style Guide

Colors

Choose one or two complementary colors and use them throughout your outfits. Consider matching and each wearing the same color top.

Ex. For Casual: Black top/khaki bottoms, white top/black bottoms, beige top/ black bottoms and/or replace bottoms with jeans.

You can use neutral tones like white, cream, light blue, tan, olive, and gray.

Avoid neon colors, they can cause color casts on your faces and will notct from the portrait.

Patterns

Limit patterns. Small soft patters are okay so long as they match with other solid colors. Ex. Mom in light blue and daughter in white dress with similar blue flower print.

Styles

Choose outfits that flatter your body type and make you feel confident. Avoid characters and graphic T's. You can also consider varying textures and fabrics, such as textured knits or chunky sweaters next to cottons and denim.

Accessories

Don't wear any heavy jewelry or clothing near your face. Keep your earrings simple, like studs or dainty hoops.

Fit

Find clothes that are neither overly baggy nor too tight, and think about balance between your upper and lower half.

If you cannot make your appointment,

Please call or reach out as soon as possible but no later than 24 hour before your appointment.

No calls/no shows will not be allowed to reschedule and deposits are non-refundable.
